Ingredients
- 80 g bibigo ambient Kimchi
- 200 g spaghetti
- 80 g pancetta
- 2 egg yolks
- 40 g grated Parmesan
- Chives (for garnish)
Instructions
Grate the Parmesan, dice the pancetta, and cook the spaghetti in salted water.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the grated Parmesan.
Fry the pancetta in a pan until crispy, then briefly sauté the kimchi.
Add the cooked spaghetti and mix with the egg-Parmesan mixture until creamy.
Serve topped with extra Parmesan and chopped chives.
