Ingredients

  • bibigo Gyoza
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • Seasonal veg e.g. leeks
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp bibigo Sesame Oil
  • Spring onions

Instructions

In a pot, whisk together the broth, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Cook the Gyoza.
Add the Gyoza directly to the simmering broth.
Cook according to the package instructions, usually 5-7 minutes, until heated through.
Ladle the Gyoza and broth into bowls. Garnish with chopped spring onions or cilantro if desired.
