baked mandu with broccoli & FENNEL



14 bibigo Plant-based Mandu
2 cup chopped broccoli
½ fennel, shaved
2 whole head of garlic
¼ cup Bibigo Korean BBQ Sauce & Marinade Hot & Spicy
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sliced Jalapeño (optional)


Preheat oven to 420℉. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Trim the top off the head of garlic to expose cloves, about ¼ inch. In a large bowl, add the broccoli, garlic, fennel, and vegetable oil, and Bibigo Korean BBQ Sauce & Marinade Hot & Spicy. Toss to combine.
Arrange Bibigo Plant-based Mandu on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, tossing once, until veggies are tender and caramelized, and dumplings are cooked through and golden on the edges.
To serve, divide equally between three plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add Jalapeño slices on top, if using.
