Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 200 g salmon (fresh or cooked, diced)
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Mixed salad leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Add bibigo Sesame Oil, honey, soy sauce, and white vinegar into a jar.
Add the salmon, cucumber, and salad leaves.
Close the jar tightly and shake well until everything is coated with the dressing.
Pour the salad into a bowl and serve.
