Ingredients

  • 1 pack bibigo Beef Bulgogi Gyoza
  • 2 cups chopped red cabbage
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1 bunch green asparagus

 

For the dressing

  • 1 teaspoon bibigo Gochujang paste
  • 1 teaspoon bibigo sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

Fry the bibigo Beef Bulgogi Gyoza in a pan or cook them in the air fryer until crispy. Steam the asparagus until tender.
Combine the chopped red cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients and toss with the salad.
Arrange the gyoza and asparagus with the salad, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
