Kimchi Pancake

Ingredients
230 g / 1 ½ cup bibigo kimchi
Some kimchi juice (the more the better)
65 g / ½ cup flour
120 ml / ½ cup water
3 spring onions
1 teaspoon chili powder
A pinch of sugar
Instructions
Slice scallions and place in a mixing bowl.
Add all other ingredients and mix to a dough.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan till it sizzles.
Pour in the batter and spread out across the pan.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown (about 3 - 5 minutes).
Flip and cook for a further 3 – 5 minutes until both sides are crispy. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
