Ingredients

bibigo K-BBQ Mandu 8pcs
Flour 8g (1 Tbsp)
Water 100ml (½ cup)
Grape seed Oil 20ml (2 Tbsp)

LEMON SOY SAUCE
Soy sauce 2 tsp
White sugar 10g (2 tsp)
White vinegar 2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp

 

Bibigo Mandu Korean BBQ

instructions:

Add Mandu, flat side down in a flower shape, meeting in the center of the pan.
Mix together water and flour evenly.
Add oil and mix again.
Add the mixture evenly from the center of the pan.
Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 4 minutes on medium heat.
Remove the lid and heat for 2 more minutes.
Adjust to low heat and cook for another minute.
Continue cooking until the mixture hardens and becomes transparent.
Flip onto a plate and serve with the sauce.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients.
