Ingredients
- 300g/10.5oz pork
- 1 onion
- 50g/1.75oz carrot
- 1 spring onion
- 1 chilli pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 240g/8.5oz rice
- Sesame seeds
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp bibigo gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Slice the vegetables and pork into thin strips. Mince the garlic gloves.
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Sauté the vegetables and pork in sesame oil, then add the minced garlic.
Add the marinade and mix everything thoroughly.
Cook until everything is well-coated with the marinade. Put in a bowl together with the rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds, chilli pepper and spring onion. Then serve with the cooked rice.
