Kimchi Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 slices of bread
  • bibigo Kimchi – as much as you like (the more the better!)
  • Cheese – as much as you like (the more the better!)

Instructions

Melt a generous amount of butter in a pan over moderately high heat.
Add the bread slices to the pan and fry in the melted butter until golden brown on both sides.
Place cheese on both slices of bread. Place the Kimchi between the slices of cheese and close the sandwich.
Roast over low heat until the cheese is completely melted.
Serve and enjoy!
