Ingredients

  • 2 beef patties (about 100g each)
  • 2 burger buns
  • 3-4 tbsp bibigo Ambient Vegan Kimchi (drained)
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 little gem lettuce or salad of choice (sliced)
  • 2-3 slices of cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

 

Gochujang-Mayo Sauce

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp bibigo gochujang
  • 1 tsp bibigo sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley

Instructions

Mix mayonnaise, gochujang, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
Heat a pan and cook the beef patties for 3-4 minutes per side, adding cheese during the last minute if desired.
Slice the red onions, salad and cucumbers, then set aside.
Lightly toast the burger buns in a pan or toaster until golden.
Spread the Gochujang mayo on the buns, then layer with the salad, patty, kimchi, onions, cucumbers, and cilantro.
Top with the other half of the bun and enjoy immediately.
