Ingredients
- ½ cup bibigo Sliced Kimchi
- 2 slices of sourdough bread (toasted)
- 1 ripe avocado
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional: sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
Mash the avocado and spread it evenly over the toasted sourdough bread.
Add a generous amount of bibigo Vegan Sliced Kimchi on top of each slice of avocado toast
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
