Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp bibigo Gochujang paste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Popcorn

Instructions

Whisk together butter, Gochujang, vegetable oil and honey. The mixture will become thick, like ketchup, but will separate quickly.
Use your preferred method to pop the popcorn.
Pour the Gochujang butter mixture over the popped popcorn and toss well to coat evenly.
Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy, savoury popcorn!
